Hello, I’m Tsari - and I’m here for your deep, transformative work.

I am an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology™ (EMK) Practitioner and Instructor, Kinesiologist, Holistic Practitioner, Designer, Creator, Mother, and ever-curious student of the Universe.

Born in Melbourne and raised by two very different but deeply spiritual parents - my Australian mother and my Sikkimese father from the Himalayas - I was immersed from an early age in the importance of energy, intention, and the sacred nature of life. I grew up surrounded by ritual, empowered to live with awareness, and taught to honour the vibration I bring into the world.

This foundation shaped not only who I am, but the way I work.

As a professional Kinesiologist, evolving energy worker, and practitioner of a wide range of holistic wellbeing modalities, I weave together both science and spirit - drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Elemental Healing, Energy Balancing, Sound Healing, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, and Earth-based Ritual Practices.

I have a deep passion for supporting clients with nervous system balancing and regulation. Each session is designed to release stored stress and gently guide your body back into a state of flow - physically, emotionally, and energetically.

My approach blends kinesiology, metaphysical insight, nervous system wisdom, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to help you understand the root of your stress, pain, patterns, and emotional blocks.

But more importantly, I hold space for you to meet the parts of yourself you have outgrown, avoided, or forgotten, so you can rise into who you were always meant to be.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am also the founder of Sentient Creations - a holistic ritual boutique born from my love of nature and the belief that when we take conscious responsibility for our own energy, we uplift the collective. Sentient Creations offers a growing collection of heart-aligned tools and sacred offerings to support you in clearing energetic blocks, nurturing your spirit, and deepening your connection to self.
