Kinesiologist & Body Truth Interpreter
I specialise in a unique form of kinesiology that goes far beyond what you “say” or what your conscious mind thinks you’re experiencing.
I work with what your body actually reveals.
Your body speaks through muscle responses, stress patterns, and subtle emotional cues - and my work is to accurately read these signals to uncover what’s really sitting beneath your overwhelm, anxiety, burnout or repeating cycles.
With a blend of neuroscience, somatic awareness and deep intuitive skill, I help you understand the story your body has been carrying - and gently support you to release it. Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic modality that uses muscle response testing to explore how stress is affecting you - physically, emotionally and biochemically.
Rather than just working with the story in your mind, we look at how your body is responding, where it may be under strain, and what it needs to feel more regulated, clear and supported.
It’s a way of listening to your body’s signals so you can better understand your patterns and respond with awareness, instead of staying stuck in autopilot..

𑁍 How a Session With Me Works
Each kinesiology session is a unique and personalised experience, guided by the specific needs of your body, mind, and energy in that moment.
We begin with an opening conversation to explore any emotional or physical stressors you are aware of, helping us identify where your body may be holding tension or imbalance.
Using gentle muscle monitoring - applying light pressure to specific points, usually on your arm or wrist - I access your body’s biofeedback system. This process draws on principles of neuroscience: your nervous system holds information about stress, trauma, and habitual tension patterns, even before you are consciously aware of them. By testing muscle responses, we can detect areas where the nervous system is overactive, underactive, or blocked, revealing subtle imbalances that influence emotional, physical, and energetic wellbeing.
Depending on what your body communicates, I draw from a wide range of techniques including acupressure, somatic therapy, emotional stress diffusion, guided visualisations, EFT tapping, energy balancing, sound therapy, vibrational remedies, aromatherapy, elemental healing, grounding rituals, and Higher Self Activation practices. These tools help support nervous system regulation, strengthen intuitive guidance, and align you with your truest path.
You’ll be held in a safe, supportive space - gently guided back into balance across the physical, emotional, mental, and energetic layers of your being, while reconnecting with your deeper self and higher guidance.

Session Length
Initial consultations run for 90 minutes, with follow-up appointments available in either 60- or 90-minute formats.
Comfort
You’ll remain fully clothed and comfortably lying on a massage table for most of the session, in a calming, restorative setting.
Session Flow
We begin with a brief conversation to explore any emotional, physical, or energetic challenges you're experiencing. From there, we use muscle monitoring to investigate underlying stress and determine the most supportive techniques - which may include energetic corrections, vibrational remedies, acupressure, aromatherapy, sound healing, or grounding rituals.
Aftercare
Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves. I’ll offer insight from the session and recommend any personalised tools or practices to help integrate the healing process.
